How to activate the MyPay.lu account?

When your first payslip is available on MyPay.lu, you will received an e-mail received from "mailer_XXXXXXX@ifpayroll.lu".
To activate the account, you simply need to click on the activation link:

How to change my E-mail adress?

You should ask your HR department who will contact the payroll manager for the change.
The change of e-mail address will be effective the next time the payslip is deposited on MyPay.

I'm a new joiner and I have learned that my payslips will be deposited on MyPay.lu, how to create my account?

The employee cannot create an account. The account will be created when the first payslip is submitted.
You will be notified on the email you gave to your human resources department and you will need to activate your account and initialize your password.

Where is my remuneration certificate?

Once sent, the remuneration certificate will be available in the year corresponding to it.
For example, the 2014 remuneration certificate will be found in the 2014 file although it is usually sent during the year 2015.
